Use this on-demand training guide to understand:

  • Creating Prospects & Submissions
    • Learn to create new Prospects with Submissions using the Quick Create dropdown menu. Add a new Prospect with a Hands-on-Activity. 
  • Creating Clients, Contacts or Individuals 
    • Understand the hierarchy of relationships within Partner Platform from Prospects, Clients, Individuals and Contacts.
